Lambrusco is a sparkling red wine from the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna that has been produced since Roman times. We import all of our Lambrusco wines from the hills near Reggio Emilia, specializing in dry, high-end varieties. Alla Osteria Lambrusco Grasparossa
A DOC monovarietal wine, fuller bodied and higher in alcohol than our other options, this Lambrusco Grasparossa is the most tannic of the Lambrusco varieties. Pairs well with pasta dishes and roasted meats.
Made with grapes grown in full compliance with organic farming according to the EC 2092/9 specification, this Lambrusco is dry with hints of wild berries and black cherries. Pairs well with pasta dishes, roasted meats, and heavy appetizers.
This Lambrusco rosé is bright pink and lively. Made from a mix of Lambrusco grapes, including the Salamino vine, it pairs well with pizza and charcuterie boards.
