Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with American Fulfillment Online! 

Because we specialize in food products, and we prioritize the health and safety of all of our customers, we offer only a limited opportunity to cancel an order that has started to be processed and we cannot accept returns at all. 

There are instances where we offer refunds for products that were lost during the fulfillment/delivery process or were cancelled before the product leaves our facility.

Eligibility for a Refund after Cancelling an Order

We recommend customers contact us as soon as possible after deciding they would like to cancel an order. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure a timely delivery, and once we begin to process your order, we cannot issue a refund.

If you contact us and we confirm the order has not left our facility, we will offer a refund of the price you paid for the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Why do we a charge a restocking fee? 

  • Once a payment has been submitted, we are unable to recover the transaction costs associated with processing the credit card at the moment of purchase. 
  • Once we begin to process an order, we cannot reuse the packaging materials that have been used on your order.

If you contact us and the item has already left our facility, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds due to Lost Package

It is extremely rare for packages to get lost, however it can happen. If your package does not arrive, and we confirm with the mail carrier that the package has not been delivered, you are eligible for a refund.

Timeline

Once a refund request has been received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
