Because we specialize in food products, and we prioritize the health and safety of all of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, there are instances where we offer refunds for products that were damaged during the fulfillment or delivery process.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund must be requested within 3 business days of the delivery date.
We must receive pictures of the product that clearly show damage to the product from the shipping process. (Example: damaged box or packaging)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For non-food items, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lindsey@goafo.com.
Timeline
Once a refund or exchange request has been received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
