New Parmigiano Reggiano Wheels Are on the Way!
As many of you know, we sold out of wheels over the holidays. Great news- on February 14, a shipment of Parmigiano Reggiano wheels left the port in Tuscany!
It will take 2-3 weeks for the boat to arrive stateside and then those wheels will be ready for sale here, on our website, across the country. They range in age from 20-24 months and continue our tradition of sourcing Parmigiano Reggiano from the hills of Reggio Emilia.
