Imported into the United States for the first time, the Santa Marta collection consists of a variety of cuts of exclusive Parmigiano Reggiano, straight from the hills of Reggio Emilia. Our Parmigiano Reggiano has a complex flavor and texture, given to it from the the varied diet the cows enjoy in the hills of the production zone.
