Our Santa Marta Parmigiano Reggiano collection comes straight from the hills of Reggio Emilia. Imported in small batches, directly from Italy, these cuts are made to order and thus retain their complex flavor and texture. All of our pieces are aged between 24 and 30 months, allowing the cheese to be used on both charcuterie boards and in pastas, soups, and oven dishes.

Why is the line called Santa Marta? She is the patron saint of cooks, food lovers, and homemakers. She embodies that Italian philosophy food that prioritizes high quality ingredients and simple recipes.
