Imported in small batches, directly from Italy, Santa Marta cuts are made to order and thus retain their complex flavor and texture. All of our pieces are typically aged between 24 and 36 months, depending on availability, allowing the cheese to be used on both charcuterie boards and in pastas, soups, and oven dishes.
