Our most popular item, this Lambrusco rosé is a bright pink color, with a delicately floral scent. On the palate it is sapid, full and lively.

It goes well with pizza and appetizer dishes, such as charcuterie. It is perfect for cocktail hour, ladies night, and celebratory moments. 

Vinification

The must macerates with the skins overnight at low temperatures, in order to extract many aromas and few tannins.
