The 250 ml bottle of Oilala olive oil is imported directly from Italy, made by an award-winning producer in the Abruzzo region. This monocultivar intosso extra virgin oil
reflects the bold nature of these olives, known for their characteristic bitterness. This same intensity is found in the extra virgin olive oil: a tasting experience that
enchants for its power and balance.

The kit also comes with an 8oz pack of grated Parmigiano Reggiano, imported from the exclusive mountain dairies of Reggio Emilia. Real parmesan cheese like this is naturally lactose free and must not contain additives or artificial ingredients of any kind. It is an amazing source of protein made in Italy for over 1,000 years!

Last but not least, a bag of linguine pasta is included, containing one pound of authentic short pasta from the Gragnano region of Italy- famous for maintaining its ancient pasta making traditions. This pasta, made with durum wheat, can be used in a variety of recipes that are healthy and easy to make.
