This is a homemade salad dressing that everyone can enjoy for the upcoming holidays. Shared with us from a long-time customer, we are happy to pass it along to you! We paired it here with a simple kale salad and green onions, but it could easily go on top of any other fresh vegetable dish.
Ingredients

½ cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons of grated Parmigiano Reggiano

¼ cup of white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

¾ teaspoon garlic salt

¾ teaspoon dried parsley

¾ teaspoon dried basil

¾ teaspoon dried oregano

freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Store in refrigerator.
