This line of Parmigiano Reggiano is sourced from the hills of Reggio Emilia, where the most complex flavors and textures are achieved through the varied diet of the cows. All cuts can be tracked to Dairy 358, and are certified and authentic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

These monovarietal oils need no infusions or frills- they showcase the high standard of Italian cuisine and the biodiversity of its regions. We currently offer intense and medium flavors.
